White with hibiscus flowers «Fermented in a bottle» – 5.9% alcohol, 341 ml
La Rosée d’hibiscus is a mild wheat beer. Its pink color comes from the hibiscus flowers used during brewing. The smells and flavors of this tropical flower stand out in this beer, giving it a slight acidity and a very pleasant fragrance. It’s a thirst-quenching beer, perfect for hot summer days.

White (belgian wheat beer) – 5.5% alcohol, 341 ml
La Blanche du Paradis is a Belgian-style white beer brewed with coriander and Curaçao orange peel, 2 spices traditionally found in this classic style. Unfiltered and containing almost as much wheat as barley malt, it presents a veil of yeasts and proteins giving it its name of White. Its aroma is a mix of bread and citrus fruits and spices flavors, accompanied by subtle notes of acidity coming from the wheat.

The concept of La Moralité has various interpretations in Quebec. One is a historical link with alcohol. One thing is for sure, we use an immoral amount of hops from a clever blend of Simcoe, Citra, and Centennial. The result is a dry, aromatic, and slightly resinous finish reminiscent of tropical fruits and revealing a sharp bitterness. La Moralité was born out of a collaboration with John Kimmich from The Alchemist brewery in Vermont.

This orange beer has citrus fruits and tropical fruits aroma. With a bittersweet taste, it spreads on the zest of kumquat which brings a tangy note making it very refreshing.

This beer has its roots in the tradition of Belgian Triples but was designed in a New World way. Citra hops are used without restraint, giving the beer an intense bitterness with flavors of mango, cantaloupe, and passion fruit that emerge when drinking it. L’Herbe à Détourne is brewed only once a year, and is sold in April while supplies last.

The obvious and dominant acidity of the Solstice d’Été is obtained naturally by letting the unboiled must sour for a few days. It’s completed when adding a phenomenal amount of whole fruit during the fermentation process. The result is a very refreshing beer in which the acidity and the fruit flavor dominates.
